Job Title General Maintenance Technician Job Description Summary General Maintenance Technicians assist tradesmen in the proper operation, maintenance and repair of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. General Maintenance Technicians self-perform general maintenance duties such as light plumbing, light carpentry, painting, and general occupant requests.
