The project manager will oversee the project and coordinate with other cross functional teams and implement schedules and timelines.Tasks / activities/ responsibilities• Plan, coordinate and execute every aspect of a project build for a tradeshow or event• Maintain all project related tracking documents and communicate any changes to internal team or external vendors.• Create and implement project schedule and issue deadlines• Guide and ensure consistency of client vision/ line drawing / color rendering for each project.• Work in project management software - Exhibit Force to track the progress and manage details of each specific project.• Oversee project plans and schedules for multiple projects and assure that all deadlines are met• Lead, manage and supervise and provide direction to contractors and vendors.• Document add-ons or overages so that the account manager can bill the client.• Reviews their own QC books for all their projects• Helps and oversees their projects get packed• Works with Shipping department on the piece count and deadlines• Makes manifest and saves in the job• Take picture and saves in job• Make sure a copy of the set-up prints is packed with each job.• Make sure we have all hardware and materials for each job• Make sure the supervisor has everything they need for the show 3 days before hand• Update any changes or corrections on setup prints• Closes out jobs and keeps track of all the adhoc additional cost• Send schedule, updates and pictures to the Internal Stakeholder for all projects that week• Schedule and meet with the supervisor to go over the job• Make sure we have all furniture, tv's, cleaning supplies and hardware for the job• Purchase items that need to be purchased for each project• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.• Travel to the show sites on a need basis as decided by the managementKey result areas• Responsible for 100% prebuilt of exhibits in house and communicate with internal/ external team to ensure the project schedule is met as per agreed timelines• Responsible to ensure the project is build, packed and shipped as per project drawings• Responsible of sharing prebuilt pictures with the client and get approval from the client before shippingQualifications for Project Manager• Bachelor's degree in Project management / PMP Certification• 3+ Year's experience• Strong analytical skills• Excellent eye for detail
