Key Responsibilities include: Lead and prepare Annual Budget, Planning, Forecasting and Financial reporting for Nutra Blend Micros coordinating inputs from Feed Supply Chain, Feed FP&A and Feed Accounting. Partner with Executive Leadership to message key drivers of variances, facilitate regular meetings with key business partners to review financial results, address concerns, discuss variances from financial goals and provide insights to key industry and market factors. Lead and facilitate Month-end close process, providing monthly close and Accounting information to Business Partners such as Feed Corporate Accounting. Prepare monthly outlook of opportunities and risks to Total Nutra Blend performance. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, provide data validation and insight to Feed and Corporate business partners Manage and supervise a team consisting of Finance and Accounting staff. Provide training, development and mentoring to staff. Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support, training, and guidance to business partners on financial principles, enhancing their financial literacy and understanding of the impact of their decisions on the business's financial health Manage system integrations between ERP and WMS, manage capital spend, assets, and provide insight for capital requests, executive summaries and develop financial models Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics along with a minimum of 6-9 years' relevant work experience. Manufacturing and Agricultural experience preferredStrong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP Systems required.
