VENTEON is hiring a Facilities Integration Project Manager to join our team for an exciting project in Rochester Hills, MIWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead large manufacturing projects, including the strategic merger of manufacturing facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring project milestones are met with efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with the company's growth objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with senior executives, providing regular updates and strategic insights to support decision-making processes. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of navigating complex project landscapes, change management and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.Report to the Director of Lean and innovation Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale manufacturing projects, including facility mergers and expansions.Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison between senior executives, project teams, and external partners. Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality control throughout the project life cycle, ensuring the standards of the deliverables meet or exceed expectations.Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.International Collaboration: Coordinate and manage project activities across international borders, including travel to facilities and partner organizations abroad as needed.Change Management: Oversee all changes to ensure project scope is preserved. Skills and Qualifications:Professional Certification: Preferably a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.Professional Certification: Prosci Change Management certification preferred. Experience: Significant experience in managing large manufacturing projects, including the merger of manufacturing facilities. Proven track record of working at the senior executive level, demonstrating the ability to influence and drive project success. 6 to 8 years minimum. Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Travel: Must be willing and able to travel internationally. Must possess a valid passport.Education:4-year undergraduate degree.
