They have very little Cardiac volume (roughly 115 cases of Cardiac/Thoracic/Vascular combined with only half of those as true cardiac cases) but we have to have someone that is willing to do 70-80% General and 20-30% Cardiac. They are on a back up call every night for General and Cardiac. Currently they're covering that with two Cardiac docs working every other week. I basically just need coverage because neither of those two are going to be staying. The Cardiac need is the most urgent and the most "solid" for a long term opening.
