Summary:ITT Inc. is searching for a Project Manager to join their Motion Technologies division in Novi, MI. The Technical Project Manager is the lead technical liaison with customers. This position is responsible to lead and manage program expectations, timing, validation and industrialization activities coordinating with all ITT departments. Ensure testing is completed in time, perform data analysis, and report/review results with internal and external customers and stakeholders. The Technical Project Manager will need to have effective communication skills as well as a strong technical background. This position will be an integral part of the team creating a premier customer experience for ITT customers.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer requirements and identify effective solutions Provide technical, design, and product application guidance to meet customer needs requirements. Create conceptual safety CAE models to incorporate directional input and simultaneously assist in building gateway release models with precise representation elements for accurate prediction. Lead a team of CAE engineers working on crash and safety analysis projects, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise. Demonstrate proven managerial experience in leading the development of crash/safety digital twins for automotive applications, ensuring successful execution from inception to launch. Plan and prioritize project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design, testing, attributes and regulatory compliance teams, to facilitate seamless integration of CAE analysis into the product development process. Collaborate with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutions, to leverage expertise and resources for advanced crash simulation and safety analysis capabilities. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the CAE team, identifying opportunities to enhance simulation methodologies, tools, and workflows.
