Job Summary: Assist in supporting activities related to the Finance and Human Resources (HR) information systems. Provide Tier 1 & 2 support to help troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist in implementing enhancements, and produce general reports. This role collaborates with staff in operational areas, including HR (Human Resources) and Finance, to assist in leveraging the college's HR and Finance ERP solutions capabilities in their operational work. Develop an understanding of systems capabilities to aid in designing solutions that improve system efficiency, usability, and reliability. Assist in monitoring product roadmaps and share relevant information with the IT & Analytics team and internal clients. Support in providing systems expertise for troubleshooting system problems. Participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation of various software systems and tools. Assist in researching and resolving Tier 1&2 system issues from the user community; help design solutions or reports for system-related issues. Support special projects, audits, and reports as needed. Contribute to IT & Analytics projects and initiatives, assisting with technical development of solutions and analysis of business processes. Use various report writer and data retrieval tools supported by the college to extract data; assist in designing reports; participate in the evaluation of new reporting tools. Job Summary: Build, implement and manage the Office of Gift Planning that serves Ithaca College and its funding priorities. Manage a portfolio of gift planning donor prospects, comprising alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends who are considered at the major gift capacity level. Serve as a key external contact responsible for communicating with existing and prospective gift planning donors not already managed by other gift officers for the purposes of donor qualifications, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Serve as a key internal contact for fellow gift officers who are working with prospects to structure leadership, major or principal level gifts with a gift planning component. Contact donors, donor attorneys, trust officers, and financial and tax advisors to provide complete and accurate information about gift planning opportunities and for the settlement of probated estates and other realized planned gifts. Work in collaboration with the college's financial office to monitor the gift annuity program and oversee the college's regulatory compliance for gift annuity reporting. Provide technical and strategic support to fellow gift officers as necessary to assist with closing gifts; ensure fellow gift officers have minimum level of gift planning fluency to integrate within leadership, major, and principal gifts, and broaden the Division's ability to raise planned gifts. Provide counsel and promote effective stewardship for new and existing donors with the support of the office of donor relations. Job Summary:  The Associate Director for Systems and Network Architecture will guide the day-to-day direction, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Ithaca College's IT infrastructure. This role will focus on the critical areas of network architecture, server management, data center operations, telecommunications, fiber optic and cabling plant, and cloud computing resources, ensuring that our systems meet both current and future needs. This position leads both the network and systems teams.   Job Responsibilities:   Leadership and Management: Day to day management of systems administrators and network engineers and technicians. Set expectations with direct reports, conduct performance reviews, manage coverage, manage budgets, and recruit, train, and motivate staff. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects, particularly focusing on systems, network, and telecommunications within the IT and Analytics division.  Technical Leadership and Network Expertise: Provide technical guidance in systems, network engineering, and telecommunications.
