JOB SUMMARY:Administer the College's compensation program to include developing, implementing and administering compensation policies and programs. Complete salary surveys, conduct research, analyze data, and prepare compensation recommendations and reports. Oversee the arrangement of officials for all appropriate home competitions. Identify problems and/or concerns regarding athletic facilities and work with the Associate Director of Athletics or other athletics administrators in an attempt to resolve facility-related concerns, especially those involving safety issues. Participate in identifying candidates for assistant coaching positions and assist in the selection process. Supervise and evaluate the performance of full and part-time assistant coaches, graduate assistants and volunteer coaches and provide input on their evaluations. Engage in various fundraising projects and related programs and activities promoting the athletics program to include ensuring that sport specific fundraising goals are met. This may involve participation in public relations opportunities with faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents and news media. Attend all scheduled staff meetings, unless excused by immediate supervisor. Serve on various College committees and seek out opportunities to serve on national and regional sports committees. Complete various assigned reports including the sport related annual report, and submit to immediate supervisor in a timely manner. Meet annually with immediate supervisor and/or the Director to review student athlete and administrative evaluations, and establish personal and professional goals and objectives for the following year. Perform other related duties in concert with established work-load percentages. Job Summary:  The Associate Director for Systems and Network Architecture will guide the day-to-day direction, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Ithaca College's IT infrastructure. This role will focus on the critical areas of network architecture, server management, data center operations, telecommunications, fiber optic and cabling plant, and cloud computing resources, ensuring that our systems meet both current and future needs. Report on project status and system performance.   Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments and external vendors, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders within the IT and Analytics context.   Compliance and Security in Systems and Networks: Ensure that systems and networks comply with relevant regulations and maintain high standards of data security and privacy.   Strategic Implementation Support: Assist in the strategic plan for network, systems, and telecommunications architecture, ensuring alignment with the college's goals and objectives.  Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Develop, maintain, and test IT disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies. Lead incident response efforts to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence during outages.  Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the IT department and other divisions within the college, ensuring IT initiatives effectively support departmental and institutional objectives.    Qualifications:   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
