NIGHT AUDIT SUPERVISOR

The award-winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Night Audit Supervisor to be one of the first people who greet our guests when they arrive at our resort. This position is responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction while attending to guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations, and answering guest questions in addition to settling end-of-day business reports. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, energy-giving attitude. Other duties include: Greet each guest with a smile and anticipate guest needs. Process guest registrations, including collecting payment. Cash handling responsibilities. Complete shift and end of business day reports. Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed. Maintain front office inventory items. Communicate all pertinent shift information to upper management and other desk staff.
ROOM ATTENDANT

The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently looking for a Room Attendant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. The Room Attendant's responsibilities include changing and making beds, replacing used towels and cleaning bathrooms. The Room Attendant will also address the guest's questions and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean and inviting at all times.
