Wayne, IN.As the Project Controls Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of all functions of project controls, specific to cost, ensuring adherence to budgets and compliance with Owner requirements. You will also be responsible for the collaboration and training of resources and the change & risk management process while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the life of the project.Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and execute project cost projections/forecasting, including close coordination with MEP subcontractorsIntegral part of the internal and external cash flow of the projectEnsure a timely and accurate owner billing process, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions.Ensure timely submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements.Establish and oversee processes for internal and external change reviews.Understand necessary reporting and metrics established to monitor the health of the change management backlog, emphasizing quantity, magnitude, and aging.Assist in a document control process for written correspondence, drawings, and specifications.Generate deliverables that meet all prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission.Assist the overall project in developing processes and procedures for various workflows, including RFI's, Submittals, Material Status tracking, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout.Monitor established processes to ensure project expectations are met.Monitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Requirements for this position:BS in Construction Management or related construction degree with up to 5 years of commercial construction experienceStrong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.Ability to work in a collaborative environment.Possess outstanding communication, time management skills, and computer skills.
