Manage the referral mailboxSchedule follow-up meetings with service networks to discuss referral process, and client needsDevelop back- up systems to provide emergency clinical coverage as needed.Attend weekly supervisionCoordinate the use of consultants where field visits and client interviews are required for engagement and intervention strategiesMaintain a log of requests for clinical consultation services. Work a hybrid scheduleEDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED:LCSW, LMSW, LMHC or licensed psychologist EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • 3-5 years of supervisory experience (both clinical and managerial). • Knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence issues. • Willingness to work the City Holiday schedule. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Working within diverse communities. Direct practice with families using a family therapy model.
