Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates to forecast estimates through to project completion for reasonableness against plans and actual expense rate. Responsible for supervision and training of Assistant Project Managers/Superintendents to ensure compliance with all Federal Governmental Agency standard policies and procedure and PCISS policies and procedures.
