The Warehouse Lead is responsible for daily Shipping and/or Receiving processes. The Lead directs and supervises the activities of warehouse employees within the area. This position could be in Wholesale shipping, Direct to Consumer (DTC) Shipping, or Receiving and may involve rotation between any of these positions. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, and developing the team with a hands-on approach while managing day to day processes.
