Position Description Kinder Morgan is currently seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to guide and support the Mechanical Integrity Department at the Elba Island LNG Facility in Savannah, Georgia. Mechanical Integrity (MI) can be defined as the management of critical process equipment to ensure it is designed and installed correctly and that it is operated and maintained properly. The Mechanical Integrity Engineer is responsible for activities relevant to the mechanical integrity program for fixed equipment including piping, equipment and vessels, used in all services at the LNG terminal. The Field Engineer is responsible for keeping the Project Superintendent and/or Project Manager accurately and fully informed of the survey aspects of the project(s), particularly with layout and as-built data. Tasks and responsibilities of the Field Engineer shall be described in a listing of project-specific duties as prepared by the Project Manager and/or Project Superintendent.
