Position Description Kinder Morgan is currently seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to guide and support the Mechanical Integrity Department at the Elba Island LNG Facility in Savannah, Georgia. Mechanical Integrity (MI) can be defined as the management of critical process equipment to ensure it is designed and installed correctly and that it is operated and maintained properly. The Mechanical Integrity Engineer is responsible for activities relevant to the mechanical integrity program for fixed equipment including piping, equipment and vessels, used in all services at the LNG terminal. This will include primary ownership of the Mechanical Integrity program, working with KM engineering, and maintenance personnel, third party contractors, and others, on all aspects of equipment integrity, including determination of asset criticality, RBI analysis, mapping of corrosion circuits and corrosion monitoring locations, budgeting for MI activities, interfacing with regulators and inspectors, and other associated duties.
