Create a Release document with all the list of user stories and get the QA approval next to the user stories. Create a SR (service request) and CR (change request) in Ivanti based on the user stories and include Product Owner and IT approvals. If the release has multiple teams, user stories create a task for each team. Once the release is approved, communicate details of the release accordingly. Move all release components from the Develop branch to the Prod release, followed by the main release. Validate the deployment following approval to ensure it is ready for the evening's release. The Tooling Engineer provides sourcing & technical leadership in a cross functional team environment, which would include strategic planning, injection molding expertise, supplier selection, cost and capital management, risk assessment and mitigation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Lead and manage supplier interactions for injection molding issues including but not limited to tool design & development, tool down situations, design for manufacturability, & working through injection molding process related issues.• Review drawings, analyze tooling, and recommend improvements to increase productivity, quality, and manufacturability.• Assist in developing guidelines for injection mold tooling & work with Supplier Quality group to establish guidelines and procedures for qualifying injection molded components in clean & non-clean environments.• Provide knowledge and market expertise for injection molding to cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of supply, cost, & delivery.• Lead injection molded supplier transfers to improve quality.• Direct efforts to prevent and resolve complex supply chain problems while mitigating risk.• Establish and manage supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply, technology alignment, and risk mitigation.• Comply with and help develop Sourcing & Supplier Quality procedures.• Support the process of ISO, ASI, and other certifications deemed necessary by the business.• Work closely with CPC QA department to plan and execute part validations using IQ, OQ, PQ methods.• Work closely with CPC Product Management and Design Engineering teams to integrate product requirements and design considerations into new tooling initiatives.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or 3+ years of technical experience with injection molded processes.• 2+ years' experience working with injection molded components preferred.• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel.• Previously experience in viewing mold designs/part designs in CAD software preferred.• Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Proven experience working one-on-one with suppliers, business units, engineering, and other program sponsors.• Self-starter and able to solve problems correctly using own initiative, analysis, creativity.• Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy.• Proven ability to work independently, multitask and to collaborate cross functionally.Travel:• Ability to travel (domestically) approximately 10-20% of the time
