We're seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing information from estimating to working closely with the Client, Estimating, and General Superintendent. • Help prepare construction budgets and estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, and other documentation.• Identify and address challenges not outlined in construction documentation and incorporate them into project budgets.• Manage pricing from vendors and subcontractors.• Establish and maintain a historical cost database for labor, material, and equipment to ensure efficiency.• Collaborate with the team to set objectives and goals. • Collect invitations to bid and review bid boards regularly to identify jobs to bid on.• Degree in construction technology, business, engineering, or related field is desired but not required. • 1-3 years of experience in masonry, masonry restoration.• Proven ability to produce estimates ranging from $800,000 to $1.3 million in masonry.• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.• Experience with project management and estimation software.• Proficient computer skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.SKILLS NEEDED:Extensive math skills Blueprint/spec reading.
