Job Duties:Provide backup phone support to the service, parts, and dispatch teams.Review work orders to ensure parts have been ordered, update spreadsheets, follow up on delayed parts, and coordinate with technicians and other office personnel.Assist with warranty follow-ups, including emailing customers and technicians and entering information into the database.Support school startups by creating spreadsheets, preparing maintenance forms, and making phone calls.Schedule weekly safety training and maintain online course enrollment.Track weekly Service Technician hours and submit the information to payroll/HR.Sort and distribute invoices for the Service Department.Assist with billing, reporting, and other correspondence.Maintain both electronic and physical filing of records.Perform other general office duties as assigned by the Manager.Requirements:1-7+ years of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting.Minimum of a high school diploma; an AA or BA degree is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Ability to communicate tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.Additional Information: Pay range: $23-$27/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pmLocation: 100% onsiteType: Contract-to-hireAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
