Success in this role is measured by positive customer satisfaction survey feedback, driving implementations to successful closure within a specified period and overall implementation health throughout the process.**** Analyst, Implementation - File Testing - Remote - HSA BankResponsibilities:Lead enrollment and funding SFTP onboarding process for existing and new employers, which includes presenting the file specification, submitting internal request for SFTP setup, testing specific file types, communicating results, and coordinating promotion to production.Review enrollment and contribution options and work with your assigned employers to select the best plan design and product set up to meet their needs, articulate the implications and customer experience of their go forward design, and conduct training on use of the product.Demonstrate and present how our HSA/FSA/HRA products will function within the chosen plan design/configuration. Responsible in ensuring that the appropriate approvals are received from the sites and performs follow-ups when required.Creates and run various payroll reports in Workday for distribution to the plant HR team.Assists Payroll Manager in evaluating current payroll processes and implement improvements.Other projects as assigned by Payroll Manager.Requirements for the role:Minimum five years in US payroll processing for mid to large size companies.Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting or related field.Knowledge of multi-state, multi-jurisdiction environment, taxes and labor for the USAnalytical thinker and team player.
