Responsible in ensuring that the appropriate approvals are received from the sites and performs follow-ups when required.Creates and run various payroll reports in Workday for distribution to the plant HR team.Assists Payroll Manager in evaluating current payroll processes and implement improvements.Other projects as assigned by Payroll Manager.Requirements for the role:Minimum five years in US payroll processing for mid to large size companies.Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting or related field.Knowledge of multi-state, multi-jurisdiction environment, taxes and labor for the USAnalytical thinker and team player.
