Assist users with application software and computer equipment during normal working hours and be available via a pager/cell phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide advanced support on an emergency basis. Monitor status of service requests and ensure timely resolution and follow up. Support desktop, LAN, servers and wireless systems. Maintain RF and/or mobile communication environment. Document computer application issues and coordinate solutions with developers. Serve as liaison between operations, technology and quality.
