Support the Design Director, Technical Design and Merchandising teams in developing and executing a strategic vision, with a progressive, customer centric approach including choosing seasonal themes, creating new concepts, and editing lines.Design women's knit tops and bottoms in line with creative direction and merchandising plans to ensure brand aesthetics are aligned. Collaborate with Design team, Pattern Maker, and Technical teams cross-functionally. Prepare line and presentation materials for strategy reviews including color/ concept boards. Ensure designs meet merchant line plans, assortment strategies and overall creative concept direction. Interpret specific color palettes, patterns and prints for the season into the appropriate bodies, engineer patterns when necessary.Work with Tech design team to create and distribute full tech packages to our factories including specs and details, review development samples for correct execution and attend fit sessions to ensure integrity of design combines with proper fit for production.
