As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you "Dare to Grow" with us?YOUR ROLEThe Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for North American subsidiaries through performing financial analysis, reviewing account reconciliations, preparing journal entries or approving those from the shared services center, preparing financial reports, communication, and enforcing established financial policies and procedures. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Coordinate with intercompany partners and our Global Head Office regarding balances reported and work to clear mismatches identified. Support Operations with pass through intercompany invoices by setting up new intercompany partners, processing invoices, and in resolving intercompany related issues Prepare and send intercompany non-trade invoices Manage third party support for recording depreciation and classification of assets Oversee the disposition and additions of assets Ensure proper recording of assets within the financial reporting system Identify/reconcile fixed assets out from clearing account, update assets module and depreciation schedules Requirements: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Working knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus. Balance team and individual responsibilities. Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
