Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) maintaining a clean and safe working environment, performing rounds, conducting routine assessments, performance of day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, painting, and housekeeping for assigned properties Job Description • Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s)• Maintain heating equipment, chillers (air and/ or water cooled), DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV, and air distribution systems, etc.• Monitor and adjust all mechanical/pneumatic equipment, steam stations, control gauges, distributor panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers, and other equipment necessary to provide a comfortable environment for the buildings• Verify field conditions and perform any necessary repairs or adjustments• Monitor Energy Management• Repair doors, ceilings, hand railings, and floors and other general repairs, adjustments and installations about the property• Perform repairs to plumbing fixtures (water closets, urinals, flush valve assemblies, lavatories, etc.)• Perform preventive maintenance duties in accordance with C&W standards, building protocol, manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices. including changing filters, cleaning coils, flushing condensers, punching tubes, greasing fan, pump and motor bearings as required, inspecting and adjusting belts, replacing motor bearings, aligning pulleys and shafts, monitor condenser, chilled, heating and secondary water chemical treatment and its associated feed equipment, clean and maintain cooling towers, and perform annual inspections and other scheduled routines as directed.• Inspect engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling tower, all motors, house pumps, electric rooms, back-up generator, fire pump(s), sump pump(s), and ejector pumps. Replace lamps, light fixtures, reinstall or replace signage, verify rooms are clean and clear of obstructions and debris• Check for properly operating emergency exit signs and lights and ensure free and clear access to emergency stairs and exits. What your day-to-day will look like: Identify and document all network hardware and software using a variety of sources Assist with the design, configuration, and build of internal and external networks from the complex to the very complex Possess a "can do" attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail Own the learning process by eagerly seeking opportunities to develop new skills Assist with the development and maintenance of all network systems, applications, security and network configurations Develop and mature network processes to support and scale the company’s IT service functions Enhance Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery services and Data Centers Contribute to network systems design and engineering in support of new systems, services and scalability Strive for improvements in network performance, uptime and security Design and architect internal and external DNS systems Ensure that the values of the organization are reflected in all interactions What you’ll need to excel: At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 3 years of experience hands on design, architecture, and implementation experience It’d be great if you also have: 6 years hands on design, architecture, and implementation experience Strong background in global routing and core switching using all common routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) Expert in Cisco technologies including but not limited to Nexus (all versions), ASR, ISR, FirePower, etc. Exposure to design and implementation of LAN/WAN/WLAN Strong background in designing and implementing next generation, virtual, data center network infrastructure Expert in Firewall design, implementation and management including Cisco FirePower and Palo Alto Strong working knowledge of Network Security, including but not limited to IPS and threat management Expert at designing and building global network services architecture including NTP, DNS and DHCP Experience with supporting large SD-WAN environments Experience with designing end-to-end connectivity between private cloud and public cloud networks Experience with Network programmability using Ansible, Python, and multiple different APIs Expert in understanding and interpreting system and network performance and analytical data. Expert knowledge of different Load Balancer technologies including F5 and Netscaler Proven track record of improving network stability, uptime, optimization and security. Expert in all the standard routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc. Expert in Subnetting in a complex environment Flexible schedule, this position will involve some weekend and evening work as needed Experience building and managing carrier backbone networks a plus In this role, you’ll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.
