About the Role The Associate Manager, Operations will own the oversight of day-to-day activities and execution of their team. They will report on standard work processes to ensure that the transportation solution for each account is fully maintained for accuracy and efficiency. They will multitask and continually collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure service goals and financial objectives are achieved. This position will work onsite our Southeast COE in Greensboro, NC. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects, including ground-up and renovation work.Key responsibilities for Superintendent - Established General Contractor - NC/SC include:Conduct weekly meetings and daily communications with subcontractors to evaluate project progress, manage schedules, handle changes, and coordinate deliveries.
