This leader is also responsible for the direct management of the Office365 collaboration platform and delivery/management of services through a technical project intake process. Develops near-term tactical plans and a strategic, longer-range roadmap to increase automation, improve efficiency and service quality, and reduce overall cost of ownership.Establishes measurable goals, objectives, and operating procedures for Enterprise IT. This position supports the strategic business plans, applications, and all related matters for computerized information technology. Manages customer deliverables and expectations as they relate to day-to- day support and operations. Understands user and process requirements and ensures those requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables. Monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements.
