HSE Manager

General Purpose:The HSE Manager will promote existing safety culture and lead a team of multi-disciplined field safety consultants to ensure contractors and internal operations teams meet or exceed Camino Natural Resources EHS standards. Additional responsibilities will include guiding third party emissions firms across all Camino and WRC operations and ensuring punctual quarterly and yearly reporting to regulatory agencies at the state and federal level as well as procuring DEQ air permits for new facilities. Make certain direct reports document weekly site audits and confirm corrective actions are assigned and closed. This position reports to the EVP of Operations in Denver and operates under limited to no supervision while handling assignments of a broad scope and range of difficulty.Essential Responsibilities/Duties:• Lead collaboration efforts between drilling, completions, production, and safety teams to ensure Camino Natural Resources EHS cultures are well synergized to Camino Natural Resources standards.• Participate in job site inspections with field safety staff, service company peers, and ensure they are documented, and corrective actions are closed.• Responsible for taking leading role during Crisis Management drills and incidents.• Foster relationship with local municipal Emergency Response teams and facilitate joint drills.• Administer emergency drills between internal operational teams.• Manage Public Relations firm as Camino's primary point of contact.• Document safety incidents/Near Misses for statistical analysis.• Document spills and report recordable incidents to appropriate regulatory agencies.• Administer root cause investigations on severe incidents or spills with appropriate stakeholders.• Facilitate yearly and monthly safety meetings with Camino field staff and service providers.• SPCC documentation and onsite review of controls.• Administer SIMOPS risk assessments and mitigation actions with operations teams.• Administer and track internal safety training as outlined by OSHA and Management Team.• Ensure all safety protocols are being followed and tracked such as JSA's/Hot Work/LOTO/Fall Protection/Confined Space and if required permitted.• Document 4 Gas monitor calibrations.• Corroborate internal emissions data collection and testing and submit to third-party emissions reporting services for final internal/external reporting.• Manage LDAR survey program for both Camino and WRC production and gathering facilities and report out compliance and non-compliance metrics to internal stakeholders.• Lead response to any DEQ or BLM audits related to environmental deficiencies.Experience/Education:• B.S.
