PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES + Provides functional Oracle Business Analyst support and process improvement analysis for HR/Payroll by identifying, evaluating, and implementing system enhancements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements. Acts as liaison between HR/Payroll functional users and IT to lead analysis, requirements definition, system testing, implementation and training. (40%) + Extract and compile information to create and develop reports/queries to client's specifications. (30%) + Manages the scope and requirements for the implementation of projects to enhance systems capabilities within the HR & Payroll. (20%) + Assists with resolving questions, assess user needs, and recommends changes mainly in the areas of HR, Payroll, and benefits. (10%) JOB SCOPE + Responsible for requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, and implementation planning. + Responsible for tracking budget and scope of projects that range ranging in value from $50,000 to $250,000. + Works under minimal supervision. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or Information Systems and 4-7 years of relevant experience + In lieu of degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience + Minimum 4 years' experience in a functional role supporting Human Resources/ Payroll, or IT experience with a focus on HR, Payroll applications. + Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, Compensation or Payroll OR Infor WFM /Workbrain + Project management and process improvements experience. + Ability to work independently and take leadership role in working with various stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into functional specifications through hands-on analysis + Strong oral and written communications. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS + Demonstrated ability in training and in-depth knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, and Timekeeping systems. + Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll and Time & Labor version 8.9 or later. + Previous Payroll benchmarking and process improvement experience.
