We are Invenergy.Job DescriptionPosition OverviewAs an Analyst II, IT Business Administration you will play a critical role in the administration of IT procurement contracts, finalizing negotiated contract terms with internal and external partners, reviewing and tracking new and renewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company contracts. This position is ideal for an experienced, organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesContract Administration: Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.Risk Mitigation: Assess risks associated with technology purchases, including cybersecurity, data privacy, and supply chain disruptions. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance. Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate procurement processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose enhancements. Streamline workflows and drive operational excellence.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
