This role requires a deep understanding of GIS technologies, as well as strong architectural and project management skills. The Enterprise Architect collaborates with stakeholders across various departments to assess business requirements, develop architectural designs, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of GIS solutions within the organization. Architectural Design:Develop comprehensive architectural designs for enterprise GIS solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.Design scalable, high-performance architectures that support the organization's current needs and future growth.Ensure architectural alignment with Esri's product offerings and technology roadmap.Solution Implementation:Lead the implementation of GIS solutions, working closely with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the implementation process to ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices.Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Integration and Interoperability:Design and implement integrations between GIS solutions and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, EAM, CRM, BI) to enable data sharing and workflow automation.Ensure interoperability with external data sources and spatial data infrastructure (SDI) standards.
