We are representing a globally recognized FORTUNE 500 consumer products organization who is actively seeking an FP&A Manager due a recently announced promotion. The FP&A Manager will report to the Site Director of Finance who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.POSITION OVERVIEWCandidate will report to the Site Director of Finance and will have a strong working relationship with the Divisional CFO.Responsible for department of 4 direct employees over a 1,000+ employee vertically integrated campus with annualized revenues of $1BCandidate will have accountability over the FP&A, Cost, and Reporting functionReview and analyze plant inventory transactionsResponsible for leading month end close processAnalyzes financial data obtained through studies to determine effects of costs on businessProvide executive leadership with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expendituresParticipate in projects and support CFO, VP/GM, and Operations Leadership.POSTION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is required. Advanced degree/and or certification preferred (CPA, CMA, MBA, MSA, etc..)Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant/Manufacturing based experience to demonstrate a solid "cost" background (BOM, absorption/inventory levels, variance analysis)Experience leading month end close processTargeting "Business Partner" with General Management/Operations (in context to "resource")
