Ensure compliance with GAAP and other governmental or funding agency's laws and regulations by analyzing, verifying, and performing financial reconciliations as assigned. Prepare pre-award proposal documents as needed; reconcile grants as assigned; ensure cost share commitments are set up as needed; review & analyze contract/grant documents for accuracy & compliance; approve purchasing, HR, etc. on grants prior to processing. Make recommendations on budgetary planning & facilitate fiscal reporting to Sponsored Research at both Universities.Manage startup budgets and provide reports to those who have startup funds as requested. Reconciliations to be completed by the 15th of each month on each startup in your department. Overview The Cloud Operations (CloudOps/DevOps) Engineer augments the symplr Engineering, DevOps, and IT Operations teams by focusing on expediting and improving technology solutions/services to enhance business value.
