Responsible for review of RAMP proposals for approval and training of back-up personnel to insure timely submissions.Make recommendations to continuously improve budgeting systems' efficiency and reliability by recommending, interpreting, and implementing fiscal and accounting administrative policies and procedures. Create and maintain precise desktop procedures for the department that ensure the financial integrity of the Budget Management System.
