Reviews and approves all customer credits, rebills, and refunds prior to processing. Keeps executive management aware of critical receivable accounts and past due issues and recommends approach to increase and maximize collections. Provides weekly and monthly management reporting of AR aging and collection trends. Supports wider finance department and ensures department goals (days sales outstanding, bad debt expense/write-offs, and delinquency percentages) are met. As a member of the Corporate Accounting Department, the Tax Manager will be a key contributor managing the tax function at the Company, providing guidance and support across the business, and interfacing with the headquarter members of the Tax Department.
