JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate to work as a Capital Markets Analyst directly with the Capital Markets group in Denver. The candidate will gain a high degree of exposure and will have the opportunity to be involved in every stage of the transaction including underwriting, market research, property tours, preparation of offering memorandums, marketing and term sheet negotiation, and client meetings / events.
