Bachelors degree preferred.Within 30 days of hire, requires successful completion of Avade Training. Requires intense attention to ensure a safe environment. Proficiency in using computers and the ability to quickly gain competency in various specific hospital software. Ability to communicate with patients of a diverse age, populations, and multitude of cultural/ethnic backgrounds. Preferred:Experience in an acute care hospital setting, inpatient mental health unit or any related experience (eg: residential setting)Completion of a Bachelors degree program in Behavioral Health or Human Services CPR Certification
