RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has an enterprise client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Project Manager to support the rapid growth of International Business.Summary:The Project Manager will evaluate partnerships and execute contracts across all categories for the international business with licensing agencies. Daily activities include developing strategies to increase licensee revenue, selling and securing new business deals, monitoring licensee forecasting to plan and meet revenue objectives, day-to-day management of licensees. The candidate will liaise and influence with key internal teams through matrix management - Product Development, Legal, Finance, Franchise and Marketing - to secure approvals, internal alignment, and timely feedback for partners.REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of Consumer Products licensing experience Strong knowledge of and experience with licensing agreements, negotiating deal terms, contract administration and process Adept at building out PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports to reflect business acumen and influence decision making Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously against deadlines Good understanding of financial analysis, brand management, product development, marketing and competitive product and retail landscape The ideal candidate will have a passion for products and brand management, with successful outbound licensing experience at an entertainment studio, global consumer products company, or licensing agency The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. The Area Environmental Manager is also responsible for permitting and ensuring the landfill remains in compliance with all applicable regulations during operation.Principal ResponsibilitiesManages construction projects for landfill cells and sites, including capacity calculations, scheduling/ timeline, management of third-party CQA and contractors, and resource and material coordination.Prepares landfill construction and ongoing operational budgets; maintains financial responsibility for construction/ cell development, closure/ post-closure, engineering, operations and cost tracking.Coordinates completion of permit applications and designs, including regulatory interface, site expansion, modification or changes to the operating plan application and other related data.Prepares notifications/ responses to regulatory inspections and administrative warnings.Assists Landfill and Site Managers with development of fill sequencing plans.Participate in review of targeted acquisitions, including Phase I assessment/ property survey, coordination, engineering review of design and operations, and pro-form modeling assistance.Perform on going public relations and due diligence activities through communication with corporate office, regulatory agency representatives, third party consultants and investors.Complete monthly soil tracking reports and other status reports.Regularly supervise Environmental Technicians and Specialists, including responsibility for hiring, training, mentoring, developing, scheduling, directing, managing performance and other related issues; review the work of, and is accountable for the performance of Environmental Technicians and Specialists.Attend regulatory and association sponsored informational and policy meetings.Ensure continued compliance by coordinating air, water monitoring, environmental data review and reporting.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsCertified Professional Engineer and/or Certified Professional Geologist designation.Previous experience in the waste industry.Thorough knowledge of environmental regulations relating to air, water, solid waste and material recovery/ recycling.Strong written and oral communication skills.Effective interpersonal communication across various levels of the organization and with external customers, vendors and government agency representatives.Strong project management skills.Strong analytical skills and a focus on adding value to the Company.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.Minimum Requirements4 years of experience in landfill engineering or environmental compliance in air, water and solid waste.Pay RangeBonus Plan Details (if applicable):Bonus - MIP, 20% AnnualRewarding Compensation And BenefitsEligible employees can elect to participate in: Comprehensive medical benefits coverage, dental plans and vision coverage.
