The candidate will work with the chief of staff to develop and execute the talent engagement strategy for the studio, working with hiring managers and studio stakeholders on talent outreach and development. The candidate will also collaborate with other studio stakeholders to develop and execute our studios' onboarding and retention programs, contributing to the advancement of studio morale and overall culture.The candidate will have the ability to develop creative solutions that combine knowledge of hiring requirements and staffing partnerships, along with retention programs aimed at creating an excellent, industry-leading work environment and experience. In addition, the candidate should be capable of managing multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously while developing short- and long-term strategies that support people's experiences within 343 Industries.
