Currently, the company is utilizing a hybrid model, with attendance required in office on Mondays and Wednesday but subject to change.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.• Recruit new affiliate and influencer partners and nurture existing relationships to optimize performance and revenue.• Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns and make data-driven decisions to ensure continuous optimization.• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and provide affiliates with promotional materials, including banners, landing pages, and promotional offers.• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures with affiliates and networks.• Outreach to strategic publishers and develop comprehensive programs to maximize brand exposure and media return. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to continuously improve our program.• Organize and attend affiliate marketing events and conferences to build network and promote our affiliate program.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and compliance across affiliate campaigns.• Develop strategies to monitor and identify traffic quality• Prepare regular reports on the program's performance and present insights and recommendations to senior management.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of growing affiliate programs.• Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including networks, platforms, and tracking technologies.• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing data to make informed decisions.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.• Proficient in using affiliate marketing software and tools.• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Who is RealDefense:Headquartered in Pasadena, California RealDefense develops and markets various privacy, security and optimization technologies and services for consumers and small businesses.
