This is a technical position with management and business related opportunities. General Duties & Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. Perform engineering and project management tasks related to the planning and design of transportation facilities such as freeways, arterials, intersections, and drainage. Lead a Design Team that produces plans, specifications, cost estimates and schedules for transportation construction projects. Duties include project management, scheduling, budgeting, QA/QC tasks, preparing engineering reports, performing engineering calculations and analysis and furnishing technical documentation for design projects.
