We are willing to train candidates who have a strong desire to learn and a willingness to work variable hours.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations of patients before, during, and after vascular catheterization procedures. Administer medications and intravenous therapy as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients for signs of complications and take appropriate actions as necessary. Assist with the recovery of patients after placement and removal of arterial and venous sheaths. Document usage of equipment used during catheterization procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.QUALIFICATIONS:Active RN license in the state of New York. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Desire to communicate with team members to promote a positive outcome for patients.
