In particular, the program seeks applications from scholars who can competently teach introductory core courses in real estate development, real estate finance, urban policy, proforma modeling, and/or housing policy and finance, among other core courses.Candidates may originate in any number of disciplinary fields, including urban planning, urban economics, geography, or real estate finance. Candidates for this tenured or tenure-track position are expected to have obtained a doctorate in an allied field of the built environment.
