Supports other Maritz owned business with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of sales compensation. 20% Leads the administration of the planning, forecasting, and reporting application (Adaptive Insights). Administration includes updating models, ongoing maintenance, report writing, training, system enhancements and troubleshooting.20% Performs the service fee allocation process of corporate expenses to the appropriate business and functions. Additionally, participates in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required or equivalent work experience.4+ years' experience in an accounting or financial analysis role. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.Technical knowledge a plus.Must exhibit financial leader qualities and skill sets and have supervisory experience.Proven ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
