FLSA StatusExemptJob Role SummaryThe Performance Improvement Educator will administer end-user training, develop educational materials, and lead educational meetings with stakeholders. This includes the responsibility to plan, teach, monitor, and evaluate end-users while working with the rest of the training staff to ensure a successful education program. It also includes facilitation of end users needs with stakeholders, such as payors or clinical end users. Other tasks include participating in program development, building lessons, and creating training materials, as well as objective competencies.
