C/A Designs, an industry leader in the manufacturer of complex aluminum dip and vacuum brazed assemblies, is seeking a talented, driven and accomplished Brazer to join its successful and accomplished team. This position will be responsible for the assembly, straightening and dip brazing of aluminum chassis. This is a critical role within the Brazing team and requires a detailed mind set. This role reports directly to the Braze Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Precision mechanical assembly of complex assemblies using internal drawings, shop travelers, set-up sheets and measuring tools. Dip Brazing, pre and post braze straightening. Chemical cleaning of components. Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED). Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Dip braze experience a plus. Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment. Job Requirements
