Job Description:The IT Enterprise Technician I provides technical expertise and guidance in supporting end-user problems with desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, telecommunications, the mainframe, applications and hardware.Responsibilities:Assist in response to end-users' inquiries regarding technology issues. Includes incident recognition, research, isolation and follow-up steps for first and second tier issues. Use incident management database and technology resource center systems. (15%) Consult with other information technology personnel to coordinate activities related to testing and implementing new technology. Be a key participant in user testing, implementing, document creation and communication for information technology department and the end-user. Job Description:Under general supervision, works alone or with a crew to install and maintain electric distribution and transmission systems. Includes all overhead, underground facilities and other utilities, which includes installing, but not connecting gas pipe.Responsibilities:Performs the duties of Electric Service Technician, Utility Operator and Meter Utility Person. Performs all work in a safe manner. Complies with all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures. Job DescriptionThis position is posted multi-level and will be filled based on candidate experience. The engineering technician I gas provides cost estimating, design, work instructions, and coordination of extensions or modifications of gas delivery facilities. The engineering technician I gas applies established engineering standards and practices for routine projects in the following areas: determining pipe and equipment sizes due to customer and system loads; project design alternatives and their associated costs; project timing and coordination; procurement of materials and field inspection; and all other assigned duties.ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering services for cost estimating, design, work instructions, and coordination of construction and maintenance projects on MidAmerican Energy Company's gas delivery system.
