Drives continuous improvement in area of responsibility by streamlining or automating processes, communication, training, etc. Updates and maintains resources for hiring managers, HR partners, and new employees about the hiring process, benefits, and other topics. Keeps supervisor informed of work in progress and any problem areas. Tracks and reports progress to company leadership on recruiting status of high priority positions. Creates and presents offer letters for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers at all levels of the organization. Coordinates with HRIS, compensation, recruiters and other HR partners to verify offer details and ensure accuracy in all systems. Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned. Knowledge and Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent experience, degree preferred. Knowledge of HR practices and processes preferred. 1+ years experience as a recruiter preferred Excellent customer service skills. Strong computer skills in spreadsheets, charts, and word-processing. Strong oral and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Confidentiality a must.
