Qualifications and Educational Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing plant. Basic understanding of welding, machining and assembly processes is required. Solid understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings is required. Demonstrated experience with an ERP system is preferred. A basic understanding of capacity planning and management, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), work scheduling techniques and inventory management.
