Job SummaryProvides logistical support and administrative assistance to one or more supervisors or professional staff members. Handles routine business situations, problems and questions of procedure in the work of the office according to general instructions, priorities, policies and program goals. Acts as team leader for a small, localized or specialized group of other clerical support personnel. Coordinates the distribution of work, and delivery of services. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate is required. Two (2) years of full-time clerical/administrative work experience is required.
