Caritas Communities is the largest non-profit owner of Single Room Occupancy (SRO) housing in Greater Boston - serving over 1,000 people annually.Position Summary:The Director of Development (DoD) is a key member of a dynamic team of professionals seeking to play a prominent role in securing philanthropic support for Caritas Communities' strategic priorities and mission. The DoD will be involved in activities relating to the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of gifts and work to expand the organization's connections in the Greater Boston area.
